Working with municipalities and parents, we're helping the next generation build better consumption habits – and consume more sustainably.
Book a meetingSavings for society from more active children
When a kindergarten suit fits from day one, it's easier for small children to move. They play more actively outdoors, and that activity is important for developing their motor skills.
94 %
In a survey of 1,090 parents of young children, 94% said they often buy outdoor suits that are too big – or far too big – because the outdoor suit is the most expensive item of clothing they buy.
Research consistently shows that children who are active early in life become active teenagers. We believe active teenagers go on to become more active adults.
That's why we see early action as an investment that pays off later in lower health costs. The Norwegian Directorate of Health has built a calculator to put numbers on this. Use it below to estimate the potential health savings of helping your community become more active from an early age.

The International Day of Zero Waste
In March 2025, the Parkdressen concept from LiiS.com was named one of three winners in a global competition with more than 300 nominations, and highlighted by the UN as «best practice».
The UN has since promoted LiiS.com as a global example of how zero waste can be made achievable.
UNEP (the United Nations Environment Programme), UN-Habitat and the UN Secretary-General's Advisory Board on Zero Waste singled out our partnership model with municipalities. They saw it as an effective way to create lasting change, speed up the green transition in local communities, and at the same time improve social equality and health through more active kindergarten children.

Municipalities lead the way
Together with municipalities, we can give the next generation better habits – habits they'll carry with them for life.
We want to work with more municipalities to offer free outdoor suit subscriptions, so that more children learn they don't need to own something they'll only use for a short time.
Together, we can make sustainable choices a natural part of everyday kindergarten life – for the children, their parents and the whole community.
